MagharehSazi Iran Company (public stock) was established in 1/8/1974 under register no. 19281 with the name of Maneh company (private stock) by participating Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) of Iran with 60% and Satkab company with 40% stocks and was registered in Tehran Industrial ownership and company register headquarters with initial capital of 10’000’000 Rials.
